Products and product prices
Product prices are presented in connection with product demonstrations. Our products include VAT. The tax breakdown is shown in the shopping cart and order confirmation. We deliver products directly from the webshop only to Finland, Norway and EU countries. We also deliver to other countries with agreement done between the customer and us. Order inquiries to other countries must be done by contacting us via the contact us form.
Payment options (To Finland, Norway, Sweden and EU countries)
Customers can pay for their order at the shopping cart with available payment methods. Klarna Checkout works in Finland, Sweden and Norway. Paypal works in all countries. A two-euro extra charge will be charged for Paypal.
The country from which you are buying the products determines the currency and product price. If the currency displayed on the shopping cart is incorrect, change it by clicking the flag on the left side of the page or in the shopping cart. Orders from Norway and Sweden must be done with the countries own currency. Otherwise the order might be rejected. The prices in the webshop allways include vat. If you are buying from Norway you don`t need to pay the vat and it will be counted off in the final steps of the order process. Payment methods to other countries are agreed between the seller and the customer.
All our deliveries bought from the webshop are free for the customers from Finland, Norway and EU countries
We will send your ordered products by mail as soon as possible, usually within 24 hours of arrival. If any product is sold out from our warehouse, we will notify you immediately and agree to either a replacement product or a refund to the customer.
Product Return Policy
All products have a full 14 day return policy. You can return the product to the address found in the contact information bar. The product to be returned must be unused and unchanged. The buyer is responsible for the return costs. If you want to return the product allways notify us by e-mail to email@example.com or use the cancelation form found in the bottom of the page.
Correcting a Product Error
If the product you recieve is damaged, you can return the product to the address at the contact information bar. At the same time, we ask you to tell us whether you are returning the product and whether you want the money back or if you want us to send a replacing product to the damaged one. To refund the money, please report your account number.
RR-Vaappu supplies the products by post. However, we will not be responsible for any delay in the delivery of a subscription to an issue that is beyond the control of RR-Vaappu, such as war, natural disaster, authority decision, disturbance to general traffic or other similar activity that makes the delivery delayed or impossible. When the delivery is delayed, the customer has the right to cancel the order.
